Set Up Small Business Online Banking Services with Unlimited Bill Pay
If you didn’t set up your Small Business Online Banking at the bank, it’s easy to enroll online.

To set up Small Business Online Banking service with unlimited Bill Pay:

  1. Access the online enrollment form
  2. Have the following information ready:
    1. Bank of America checking account number
    2. Bank of America ATM or Check Card number and PIN
    3. Your Social Security or Tax ID number
    4. Your email address
  3. Fill out the enrollment form, accept the terms and conditions, and submit.

To set up Bill Pay:

  1. Click on Add Merchant/Payee
  2. Enter 3–9 characters of the merchant’s name and click on the Search button to search the Merchant Directory
  3. Review the merchant name/address list and click on the appropriate merchant
  4. Enter your account number with that merchant as it appears on your statement and click Submit Request
  5. If you are unable to locate your merchant, click Request New Merchant
  6. From the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page, select Quick Pay to see all your payees listed
  7. Enter an amount and a date for each payment you’d like to make, then click Submit Payments

Online Business Suite is our premium online banking service that has all the great features and services of Online Banking.

Plus, four modules (Account Management, Express Invoicing®, Direct Payments and Easy Online Payroll®) so you can pick and choose the services to meet your business management needs.

When you sign in to Online Banking for the first time, if you did not accept the Terms & Conditions at account opening, a screen will appear and you will need to review and accept the Terms & Conditions before you can proceed. Then in the sections below, follow the steps to set up the services you have.

 

Account Management

Log in to your Online Business Suite® account, then:

  1. Click on Business Tools
  2. Locate Account Management and select the task you want, click on the link and follow these prompts:
    1. User Maintenance
      • Edit/delete users
      • Add new users
    2. QuickBooks®
      • Using Direct Connect for QuickBooks
    3. Account Viewing
      • Link additional accounts
 

Express Invoicing®

Express Invoicing gives you faster access to your cash by sending your customers invoices online…

Log in to your Online Business Suite® account, then:

  1. Click on Business Tools
  2. Locate Express Invoicing and select the task you want and click on the link and follow these prompts:
    1. Create a new invoice
    2. Add a new customer
    3. View paid and unpaid voice history
 

Direct Payments

With Direct Payments you no longer need stamps or checks.

Log in to your Online Business Suite® account, then:

  1. Click on Business Tools
  2. Locate Direct Payments
    1. To pay individuals, select the task you want, click on the link and follow these prompts:
      • Pay one or more individuals
      • Add a new recipient
      • View individual payments history
    2. To pay businesses, select the task you want, click on the link and follow these prompts:
      • Pay a vendor
      • Add a new vendor
      • View vendor payments history

  1. Enroll for Easy Online Payroll®
  2. Once enrolled you can begin setting up your accounts. To complete the company profile, you will need the following information:
    • Company name, address, phone and email
    • Federal and State Employer ID numbers
    • Tax Filing Status for your business
    • Payroll History for the year (wages, withholdings and taxes by tax type)
    • Employee Tax Information (name, address, Social Security numbers, W-4 filing status, wage/vacation/sick history, pay deduction details, and their Bank of America checking account information for direct deposit)
