Eligibility for Bank of America at Work terminates when (a) you terminate your relationship with the sponsoring company or organization or (b) the sponsoring company's or organization's Bank of America at Work plan is terminated by either the company or organization or Bank of America, at which time rates and fees will revert to the current rates and fees as stated in the Personal Schedule of Fees.

2 We waive the monthly maintenance fee on your Regular Savings account beginning after your first Keep the Change transfer from your new checking account to your new Regular Savings account. The excess withdrawal fees on Regular Savings accounts still apply if you do not maintain the required minimum daily balance in your account. This offer applies to new accounts only. You must open a new personal checking account, a new Regular Savings account (referred to as Unlinked Market Rate Savings in ID and WA) and sign up for our Keep the Change® service on the same day. The monthly maintenance fee (referred to as monthly service charge in CA) waiver on your Regular Savings account begins the statement cycle after your first Keep the Change transfer from your new personal checking account to your new Regular Savings account. 3 Purchases with rewards or ATM cards are not eligible for matching. We will match 100% of your Keep the Change transfers for the first three months, and 5% thereafter. The maximum total match is $250 per year. If MyExpression or Tiered Interest Checking and Bank of America at Work are set up together, the account will receive the match rates offered with MyExpression or Tiered Interest Checking accounts. The maximum total match is $250 per year. Matching funds are paid annually after the anniversary of enrollment on accounts that remain open and enrolled. Eligible savings accounts include Regular Savings, which requires a minimum opening balance of $25 and pays a variable annual percentage yield that is 0.20% as of 11/4/2009. Money Market Savings accounts are also eligible. Matching funds will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099. Fees may reduce earnings. Patent pending.

4 As a Bank of America at Work customer, you receive a bonus of 0.25% added to our standard rate for the initial term of a new CD. Bonus does not apply to CD renewals or CD accounts opened in CA, WA, ID as the bonus rate is already reflected in the stated rates for these states.

7 Advantage with Tiered Interest Checking - The Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is accurate as of 09/01/09. This is a variable rate account. Rates may change at any time without prior notice. Fees could reduce earnings on the account. The minimum opening balance is $100.The monthly maintenance fee is $20 unless one of the following balance requirements during each statement cycle is met:

• 1. Maintain an average daily balance of $5,000 or more in your checking or linked Regular Savings account or
• 2. Keep an average daily balance of $15,000 or more in your checking account linked with a savings, CD or IRA account or
• 3. A Bank of America mortgage balance of any amount or maintain a $15,000 outstanding balance in an installment loan or line of credit
• 4. Have a combined asset total of $15,000 in investment accounts with Bank of America Investment Services, Inc.®.

8 For information about the rates, fees, other costs and benefits associated with these cards, please visit a banking center and speak to an associate. For the first six months following the opening of your account, you will earn three points for each dollar in net retail purchase transactions (consisting of 2 bonus points and 1 base point) made with the card at any eligible gas, grocery and drug store merchant. To be eligible for bonus points, your credit card account must be open with charging privileges and purchases must be made at an eligible merchant. Eligible merchants and their associated merchant category codes (“MCC”) are the following: (a) Gas Stations (MCC codes 5541 and 5542); (b) Grocery Stores (MCC codes 5411, 5422, 5441, 5451, 5462, and 5499); and (c) Pharmacy Stores (MCC codes 5122, 5295, 5912). Purchases made at merchants that do not process transactions under these terms will not qualify and you will not receive the bonus point(s) benefit. Qualifying bonus point transactions must post to your account within the first six months following the opening of your account. All credit transactions (returns) posted within the first six months following the opening of your account will result in a reduction of bonus point(s) and base point(s) for the amount of the transaction.
