Small Business Credit Card
To qualify for the statement credit, you must open a new small business credit card account and make at least $500 in retail Net Purchases with your card that post to your account within 60 days from the credit card account opening. Net Purchases exclude any transaction fees, returns and adjustments. The statement credit will be applied to the company’s business card account. One $200 statement credit allowed per company. Please allow 10-12 weeks after the qualifying transaction posts to your account to receive your statement credit. Offer subject to change without notice.

Account Management
The monthly fee for Account Management is $15. However, there is no monthly fee for Account Management with Business Advantage checking. You must have an open Bank of America small business deposit account to be enrolled in Account Management and fees will be billed to that account. Fees may apply for additional services. Account Management requires internet access, and internet service fees may apply.

Intuit Online Payroll
Intuit® Online Payroll is a product of Intuit Inc., which offers 2 self-service levels, Basic and Enhanced. Basic supports direct deposit. Enhanced service provides state and multi-state tax service and supports direct deposit. You must have an open Bank of America business checking account to be eligible to access the Intuit Payroll Service from Bank of America Online Banking. The maximum number of active employees (including contractors only for Enhanced) being paid cannot exceed 150.

Monthly fees: Basic service is $20 per month and Enhanced service is $36 per month. Additional multi-state payroll processing fees ($12 per state per month) will apply for every state in which you have employees or contractors other than your primary business state location.

Intuit guarantees the accuracy of its payroll calculations, based on the information you provide and subject to the terms of your agreement with Intuit. If Intuit causes a calculation error, Intuit will pay the tax penalty incurred as a result of a calculation error.

Intuit Full Service Payroll
Intuit Full Service Payroll® is a product of Intuit Inc. You must have an open Bank of America business checking account to be eligible to access the Payroll Service from Bank of America Online Banking. The maximum number of active employees (including contractors) being paid cannot exceed 150.

Monthly fees: Full Service Payroll is $99 per month plus $2 for each employee or contractor. Additional multi-state payroll processing fees ($10 per state per month) will apply for each state (other than your primary business location) in which you have employees or contractors.

Intuit guarantees the accuracy of its payroll calculations, tax filings, and any paychecks Intuit prepares for you, based on the information you provide and subject to the terms of your agreement with Intuit. If Intuit causes a service error, Intuit will pay the tax penalty, pay the resulting bank fees, and waive the next month’s service fee.

Ways to Avoid Monthly Fee with Business Advantage Checking — "Active User" of Bank of America Merchant Services, Payroll Services by Intuit®

Bank of America Merchant Services
To qualify, you must have an active Bank of America Merchant Services account that is used for processing payment transactions. In order for your Bank of America Merchant Services account to be considered "active": (1) it must be open and in good standing; and (2) you must have submitted a qualifying transaction batch during the prior Business Advantage billing cycle. A qualifying transaction batch is a single submission consisting of a group of transactions (e.g., sales and credits) that are posted to your Bank of America Merchant Services account for settlement into your Business Advantage account usually representing a day’s worth of transactions). Customers that process transactions only with a Clover® Go (or similar) product are not considered an active Bank of America Merchant Services account for this purpose. To determine whether you have qualified for the monthly fee waiver on your Business Advantage primary account, there is a look-back period where we determine if you had an active Bank of America Merchant Services account during a given Business Advantage billing cycle. If so, we would apply the monthly fee waiver for your Business Advantage primary account in the next checking account statement cycle. For example, Bank of America Merchant Services processing activity from January would count toward your February monthly fee waiver evaluation. The waiver applies only when the owner of the Business Advantage account and the Bank of America Merchant Services account share the same Taxpayer Identification Number. Please see the Business Schedule of Fees for details.

Payroll Services by Intuit®
You are an active user when you are enrolled in Intuit® Online Payroll (Basic or Enhanced Service) or Intuit Full Service Payroll®, process at least one payroll transaction through the service in the last 60 days and pay your payroll using your Business Advantage checking account. Payroll transactions that occur in the 10 days preceding your current Business Advantage checking account statement cycle end may count toward your next month’s monthly fee waiver evaluation.

Mobile Banking
Mobile Banking requires enrollment through the Mobile Banking app, mobile website or Online Banking. View the Online Banking Service Agreement for more information. Data connection required. Wireless carrier fees may apply. The Mobile Banking app is available on iPad, iPhone, and Android devices.

Alerts
Alerts received as text messages on your mobile access device may incur a charge from your mobile access service provider. The Mobile Banking app and Mobile Banking app alerts are not available on select devices. Mobile Banking app alerts are not available on the mobile website.
